Wondering if the legal terminology in question was only used in Britain I made some research and confirmed that it is valid in the US and can be found in the "legal definitions and legal terms dictionary of US Legal, Inc."

I had hoped to tease Boris Diamond and take revenge for the wicked clue in his last Things in Common proposition, but I don't know where he is hiding:rolleyes:
