Crazy cat

Do you have this problem with your cat ? Bella will go to the bathroom in the litter box and will keep scratching the side of the box to cover it up. I do put  enough litter in the box for 2 cats. Help !  What is she thinking ? There isn't litter on the side of the box !

My Aby does this too. He'll even scratch the wall as he's getting out of the litter box. I guess this is just a quirk some cats have, even if they were shown as kittens how to use a litter box by their moms.

My Robin does this to the point I shoo him away. Very common for cats to do.

Coch did it. Her record was 143 side of the box scratches, leaving her deposit totally uncovered.

Her litter box was in the bedroom. The scratching sound would wake me up. There wasn't much else to do until she had finished and I could go back to sleep.
