Coyotes Everywhere

Two days in a row I have seen a coyote with a cat in its jaws. I live in ohio busy suburb by a mall. PLEASE keep your cats inside!

I wish people would understand that things like this happen. I myself live in a very rural area and coyotes are the least of our predator problem.

Cats are a favorite snack food for coyotes. Actually anything smaller than them can end up as a snack food. At least they kill them quickly instead of playing with them for a while.
Montana, where I live, has a bounty on Coyotes. If you run it over on the road you can pick it up and claim the bounty. They kill lots of lambs and sometimes even calves so are targeted by everyone. I live a mile from the Missouri river and there is a person who has a trap line along the river for catching coyotes. I wish them well.
