Constipated Kitten

12 week old Luna is constipated right now. She hasn't pooped in 2 days, and her belly looks uncomfortably full. Is there anything I can do to help her? (photo just because she's cute)

Give her a few drops of coconut or virgin olive oil. You can either put it in her food or syringe/eyedropper. If you haven't seen anything in about 4 hours, it will be safe to give another dose. But only a few drops.

There is a medication that is available called 'Catlax' that you can obtain from veterinary supplies on the internet. It is a tube of ointment that is quite palatable to cats. If they don't want to swallow it, you can put it on their feet and they will lick it off.

You can also try a tummy rub. Lightly, don't push down. It has helped mine (it could have been the oil, or both)
