Starting last fall, I became aware of all the nasty things in cat foods they sell at convenience stores. Since then, I've been experimenting with different foods like Chicken Soup, Premium Edge, and Taste of the Wild (all of which I've found were manufactured by Diamond, notorious for recalls, so I longer feed them any of those). They're on Halo right now, and I think it's the best thing for them. However, for a few months now, both have my cats have been vomiting constantly, one of them even daily. Sometimes it's a hairball, sometimes it's food, but most times it's just clear fluid.
I'm really starting to worry, because they never used to puke like this. I was thinking it was the frequent food changes, but they've been on Halo for a couple weeks now, and it's still going on.
Sadie only pukes once a week or so, but poor Tallulah can't seem to keep much down. I may have to start brushing her more in hopes that it's just a hairball problem. Both of them act perfectly normal and happy, so I'm confused.
Also, if it helps, my dad recently moved in with us with his cat and dog, so my cats' litterbox and food/water have been moved to my room, and they hardly ever venture out. So maybe it's stress-related.
What do you guys think?
