Is he going to the bathroom ok? Not plugged? I discovered the hard way that my Marnie was eating toilet paper, paper towel, pulling the insulation out of the door of our Kitchen Aid dishwasher (think fiberglass - I did not know the insulation was so easy to get to!), any kind of paper. She ended up being plugged solid. I went with the option of having my vet getting her unplugged and staying the night there so she was more comfortable during the whole process. I also wonder about the clumping litter. Does your kitty like eating that on occasion? My husband learned two years ago of a waitress's kitty being totally plugged and having to go to the vet for that, too. It will make them meow alot to get your attention. I had one would meow like crazy only during the night to finally get my attention that something was wrong with her. Maybe have the vet check him out?
