Conjunctivitis?

Hey all. Just wanted some opinions. Came home from work, and Minnow's right eye is pink and squinty. I made a vet appointment for Monday morning, but I am also flying out Monday afternoon for a memorial service. I have people who will be watching the cats. How worried do you think I should be?

It is best to know the cause of the conjunctivitis. Your vet may recommend referral to a veterinary ophthalmologist.

Hey guys! Thanks for the responses. I was actually able to get her seen Sunday morning. They did a stain and confirmed no scratch. I was sent home with antibiotic ointment. By Monday morning, she was already looking much better. The person who is staying in my apartment to watch the cats has been continuing her medication while I'm away.
