Our cats are ALL beautiful!
This friendly photo contest is about the way in which
the cat is captured in the picture.
We're not looking for professional photography, but do try to
keep things like image quality, lighting and composition in mind.


The Rules:

1. Choose the best picture you have for our monthly theme and post it to this thread.
2. Post the name of your cat and 'ENTRY' above the photo. If you happen to post other photos in the thread that relate to the theme, clearly mark them as 'NOT AN ENTRY'.
3. Image needs to be clear and not too small. 527 pixels high by 700 pixels wide minimum. Larger is better.
4. One submission per member please
5. No special effects, borders, graphics or text on the pictures.
   
   Photo Editing For Contests - What's Allowed, And What's Not
   If your photo fails to comply with the above rules we may have to exclude it from the voting stage.

Hi strider rose . This photo is of mister stardust seen from above, so it doesn't really fit the competition. Do you have any of him down at floor level, or at least level with the camera? Check out the other entries for ideas.

strider rose have a think about where you are when you take the photo. In that one you're standing, aiming the camera down. If you look at the other entries, members are getting right down to the level of the cats. In my entry, they're on a table and I've taken a photo right in front of them. In Kieka's photo of Link, she as gone right down onto the grass to get the photo.

strider rose , my photo is an older photo, but I was down low and to the side of my cat who was sitting on a cedar chest in the guest room.. She happened to look up and reach toward the light coming from the window.
