He is a seal point bi-color. If he grows up into a shorthair, you can compare him to a Snowshoe, whom vere constructed on the base of old type siamese.
If he grows up as longhair, it will be a look alike of a ragdoll bi-color...
If he grows up as a longhair with clearly prolonged muzzle, you will be forced to call him for a balinese bi-color. They arent common, but I suppose they may happen.
