Cbd Oil For Kitties

Has anyone used cbd oil for their cats? I'm talking about a tincture made from high cbd/low thc hemp. (Legal in all 50 states of the US) I'm looking at it to help my cat with IBD, feline hyperesthesia, and anxiety. My vet says he has no personal experience with it.
