Cats Keeping Me Up at Night

I have two cats, one male (2 years old) and one female (1 year old). Around 1-3am they chase each other and wrestle around my apartment and they wake me up and make noise that my neighbors can hear. Is there anything I can do to help them sleep through the night? I unfortunately work in an office all day so not home with them until the evening.

Right before bed, start playing with them HARD. Get a good wand toy, and work them out until they are panting. Allow them to rest 5 minutes or so, do it again. And one more time. After that, put down a small meal for them. Their natural cycle is "hunt, catch, kill, eat, groom, sleep, repeat," and the closer you can bring them to that pattern, the more sleep you will get at night.
