She has higher temperature, Breathing is faster for a week. Abdomen is enlarged but hard. Nipples not much enlarged
Eating is normal.
A little weaker.
How to check if the cat's enlarged abdomen is due to pregnancy or abdominal disorder.

Could you get some pictures from her side and from the top looking down? that would help. How is her drinking/pooping/peeing? She should not have a temp or be breathing faster, that indicates pain. I really think the best thing to do is get her into a vet, it may just be something simple, you never know.
