Cats Go's CRAZY Every night!

My cat Goes Crazy EVERY NIGHT.She is in Heat right now,Could that be it?Anyways,Every night she runs around,jumps off furniture,jumps after hands and feet,Sitting on couch staring at the ceiling.Is this Normal?Does this happen with a cat in Heat?How Can I stop it? Please Help.
