I'm new here - I've posted pics of the cats I've had, including one who is no longer with us - Neko - and one - Clancy - who was a sweet sweet stray that I found a home for. Buster, my husband's cat (Buster picked him as his favorite), has been very ill. I happened on this site looking for hints. Buster has been vomiting at least daily for over a 6 months and we have tried changing food, looking for allergies, vet visits with meds given, etc. His blood work is always fine, including today- no thyroid issues or other issues. I do not have a copy of the results though, which I should get because I understand there are "markers" for certain diseases in the blood. Short of $1000. X rays and CT scans to diagnose a fatal illness, we are stumped. We do not have the money for these most expensive tests, and, if he has cancer, treatments are expensive also. He was given an anti-vomiting shot today, some sub-cutaneous fluids to ease the shots given and some B-12. I will post more details later.
