Yes...my crew of 12 ranging from 6 months in age to 3-years in age get a boost from my hand.
Every morning they get (and I take the same thing they do) acidophilus, L-lysine, Neem, grapefruit seed extract (liquid in their water bowls) and a mix of granulars (for felines) that consist of antioxidants and vitamins specific for cats.
I also add extra Vit. C when I hear a sneeze or two with Goldenseal & Echinacea.
It may sound like a lot but it really isn't any extra work...especially when you take most of this good stuff daily yourself.
Thanks to all of you. I am going to ask my vet about this.
Humble, STILL is not eating a heck of a lot. Maybe I am just comparing him to Shenandoah, who eats like a little pig.
Or maybe that new food fills him up more.
This is a real good natural vitamin for cats, there is only one problem my cat will not eat it if in her food. Some cats will eat it in their food not mine though. They say the dogs like it. It has spirulina(among Others) it is a algae that is even good for us. It has 5-10 times more protein than beef and fish. All you have to do is scroll down the page and look at all the stuff it has in it. And also read the comments on it. The only thing it does not mix well with water. I guess cause of the algae. note: they sell Spirulina in health food stores for people. It can be quite expensive there. All it calls for is 1/4 teaspoon a day. If only I can find a way to disguise it my cat who is 17 years old and not well now would probably do a lot better. It is about 20 something for 50 grams. If anyone has suggestions on how I can disguise it to get my cat to take it let me know. Maybe if I break it down in more feeding maybe that would work. Please any suggestions would be appreciated.
I forgot to add in Spark they say it has natural Bacon flavor, I tasted it cause I noticed my cat would not eat her food with it in there. It has no bacon flavor it does not have a bad taste though. And when I called to tell them that my 17 year old cat would not eta her food I was told their was no bacon flavor in it. I think that cause it says that it could be a misprint or something.
