Cat vibration

For some reason my cat was vibrating while he is laying on the table. Im kinda worried about him, can someone explain why he is doing this?

Oh yeah I just fed my cat cold milk (which I really shoudn't)

Well, cats can't digest milk and it can make them sick, so probably don't do that.  They can drink goat milk if you want to give a treat.

How old is your cat?  Do you think it was a seizure?

He is only 5 months old and it was only his leg vibrating, so I don't really think it was seizures.

This happens to my cat. I've been thinking about taking him to the vet.

He was not sleeping, he was laying on a shelf and his leg was vibrating and tail shaking, but later it stopped.
