Cat troubles

So one of our cats scratches itself bloody behind it’s ear. We have tried some stuff but have not been able to find a solution. It’s ear is like totally weird and we feel very sorry for her. We tried talking to a vet but what they said didn’t help. Now the cats kitten has red spots ona bald spot right behind it’s ear. What should I do? Picture

What do you mean the vet wouldn’t help? You mean without an actual visit and exam? That makes sense. It’s hard to make a diagnosis without seeing it 1st hand. As well as a liability for the vet. A relationship has to be started between the vet and the kitty. Are her ears dirty?is she scratching anywhere else? What did the vet say to do? What have you tried?

You need to take her to the vet she needs medication for the skin. Usually when the Scratch like that they have ear mites.

Yes definitely take her to the vet. It could be a few things causing her to scratch. If you aren't happy with the vet you saw or spoke to take her to another. But she does need to be seen by the vet. Poor girl hope she's feeling better soon.
