Hellow every body. I am Nena's mother, the cat that was killed by three dogs on the 18th of Oct.
I have to tell you this as I can't stop thinking of this and asking myself what realy happend to my little one year old cat.
This morning when I was comming back from walking my dog, I saw a woman from our neighborhood with her three dogs. She is not homeless but is poor and she just goes from one garbage container to another searching for food and things she can use, doing this several times a day. She put something down, examined it a little and then gripped that "thing" by that looked to me like legs and threw it into the garbage. I was not able to see very well what it was because it was very early in the morning, still dark, and I was not so close. I took my dog inside but I felt I had to go back and see what it was. I went to the garbage container and I saw it was a black and white cat, dead, looking like it was bitten by dogs.
This woman never keeps her dogs on a leash, they walk free on the streets. They are very evil, they chase other dogs and once even bit a man by his leg.
From the beginning I susptected those three dogs of killing my little Nena, but now I am almost certain. I don't know what to do. I see those three dogs on the street so often and I feel they attacked my sweet Nena; now I saw that poor cat this morning and I am sure they killed that too, and I think they don't deserve to live. And yet, I could't kill or hurt them myself.
RIP little black-and-white cat! By now I am sure you met my beloved Nena, and you both play happily at the Bridge. And I am sure you two have something to impart each other!!!
