Hi! My cat is a 14 month old scottish fold. He has mild gingivitis - bought him to the vets only about 2 weeks ago and was told that he has mild gingivitis but that it's not too bad so to just continue brushing his teeth, no need for scaling/polishing yet.
he doesn't allow me to use a toothbrush, so i just basically use a baby's cloth and wipe his teeth as best as i can.
however, i've noticed that he tends to "grind" his teeth whenever i try to clean his teeth with the cloth, and also occasionally when he's eating wet food.
those are the only two times he seems to do it. i've attached a youtube link because i'm not too sure if that's considered grinding or is it just him eating??
i think he does it a few times in that 2 min video, but i'm not too sure if that's grinding. do you think it warrants another visit to the vet???
