Cat Squatting While Carrying Toy

Hello,

Starting another thread because my wife just sent me this video. This is Finn our 3.5 year old male who likes to be very vocal when he catches his "prey" which i understand, but then tonight he was squatting while carrying the toy like he was mounting a female cat.

Here is the video. Any input greatly appreciated.

Looks to me like pretty normal pretent hunting and prey behavior. He is pretty proud of his catch and letting your spouse and the other cat know about it. Just praise him for being a great hunter.

I think it looks like he's protecting his catch. He doesn't want anybody to steal it!
