Cat Spayed 7 Days Ago, Wound Doesn't Seem To Be Healing?

We spayed our cat 7 days ago, but the state of her wound worries me, so I wanted to share a photo with the community and get some feedback.

That looks like it might be infected, you should probably get her the vet and get it checked out.

Is it yellow crusting around the wound? Have you seen the wound leaking at all? If there is yellow coming out then it is most likely infected and your vet needs to take a look.
