So I've had laryngitis for 2 days now and my cat's been avoiding me like the plague. Could he be scared of my voice? Or freaked out by why I won't seem to stop whispering? I mean, I assume he knows its me by my smell. Are cats that sensitive to voices?

Otherwise are you ok? Are you taking anything? I guess she could be hypersensitive to your voice and the current lack thereof, but I'm also wondering if something about you smells different maybe? Anyway hope you get better fast!
