My female 15 month old cat is peeing on clothes, shoes and bags. she only does it when she is in heat. why and what can I do to stop from doing this? I don't like putting her in the bathroom. She maybe pee when she not in heat too but I don't think she is.

Hey cry! I think that it would be best to get her to a vet to make sure everything's ok with her in case it's not because she's in heat. Also, you might want to have her sprayed to prevent diseases and infections in her uterus... it's much better to be safe than sorry!
Not to state the obvious, but if she only does it when in heat, spaying her sure would seem like a good first step...

Unless you are a registered breeder there is no reason to have an unspayed female. It will be much healthier for her to be spayed decreasing her chances of cancer. It will also stop this behavior. I am not sure where you live but in many places there are low cost spay clinics if money is an issue.
