Again, not necessarily true. Sometimes you do need to step in and take care of the kittens.Mybad you misuderstud me, maybe I did not use the best words to explain my point becasue of my english.. I dont say to leave ur cats.. As long as we feed the queens and keep an eye on them, give them a good caring there wont be a weak and dead kittens..
I agree. Sometimes the queen will need a helping hand especially with a large litter. If I had a pregnant cat I would make sure to keep KMR and supplies on hand just in case she needs me to help with the babiesAgain, not necessarily true. Yes it's true and you are true too..Again, not necessarily true. Sometimes you do need to step in and take care of the kittens.
It's great that your kittens are healthy. Often runts die if they do not get help. These kittens would be in serious trouble without supplementing.Yes it's true and you are true too..
You can rely on your queen since you feed her a good quality food ( the kittens wet canned food, started feeding her that since 6 weeks pregnancy)
I weighed my 5 kittens in their first day of birth.. Today they are one week old and I just weighed them tonight.. &Calculated it.. It turned out that each kitten gained 10-20 grams each day.
Except for one tiny kitten (I used to put her on queen's nipples every now and then) even though she's well gained double her birth weight in the first week but still weights way lower then her litter mates cause she was born very small ) I know I had to supplement her but was missing the formula untill today..
Thanks for your understanding.
