Ok.
So he went in for x-rays today, on one of the views they saw a slight abnormality though the vet was not overly concerned. She gave him sub-q fluids and 20 mins later took another x-ray and the spot had moved a little. While examining him again, she said that she could not feel anything odd, and that he didn't seem to be experiencing any discomfort during that.
They took another urine culture so I should hopefully know if something grows on it soon.

Until then, she was me to with hold all food and water. Tomorrow morning he can have some water, if he keeps that down, then I can start feeding him a bland diet of boiled chicken & rice for 3-5 days. If he keeps that down we will very slowly transition him onto a new hypoallergenic diet. She wants to use Hills z/d I'm personally looking for other options first that we can both agree on.

However, if he can not hold the water or food down, she is going to refer me to a specialist to get barium services or an ultrasound or both.

Little one is spending his time sitting on my lap again since I've been home he jumped up and hugged me. I miss him so much while at work.
