I have a male tabby with white hind legs and paws. I noticed a pink flesh area on the back of his legs. In this photo his legs are a bit wet from sitting on a wet spot. Does this look like a concern? He isn’t bother by it and jumps around perfectly fine. Is it just the color of his skin under the fur?

That's normal :) The part of the leg is like a pressure point that is in contact with the floor / surfaces. The bald area is more noticeable in some cats than others. The skin is normally pink. Unless the skin looks visibly red and irritated or scabby or just not normal, don't worry about it.
