Cat Has Chronic Diarrhea... Vets Confused.

Another update, he did one last night. The end bit is still a bit wet/mushy but I'd say the first 75% is solid and dry as expected

Hopefully not too long now until it's all normal! The best part about yesterday was that it meant that bless him he did it and left himself all completely clean which has been the real struggle with his recent issues!

Will keep you all updated as usual Thanks a lot for the help so far!

Hi everyone,

Tiger has had his vet check up after a week and while neither of us can say for sure whether the cause of all the issues recently was a parasite that didn't get picked up in his fecal sample or a genuine irritation/allergy to fish, the good news is that he's all better and his poop since switching to the Hills Prescription Diet has been better than ever!

The vets has given us the OK to stick to the Hills Prescription Diet food if we can afford it, which I'm going to do so for the next few months and then probably start easing in regular Hills food or Royal Canin
