UPDATE: Kess has been FOUND!
Kess was found locked in a basement across the street from her home (one that her owner had already searched perviously to no avail.) She was very thin, having been gone for 17 days in total, but otherwise healthy, and she was VERY happy to see her meowmy again!!
Her Meowmy, Lisa, has vowed that from now on, Kesselina is to be an indoor-only kitty, and that she's just going to have to get used to it!
Once again, the TCS vibe network has done the trick - I can't thank you all enough for your vibes and prayers for this sweet little girl!!!
