Hi, i was wondering if anyone has or knows about pvc roller bar fences to keep cats in your yard. It's meant to be a cheap and effective way of doing this. The cat will try to jump your fence, but the pvc pipe will roll, and the cat will slip off. Would love my cats to spend time in the yard without me following them around all the time. Getting a cat run made, but this would be better, as we already have high fences.
