Cat Exhaling Noise?

sometimes, every hour or so, when my cat exhales through her nose she makes this tatata noise, like her exhale is being broken into different pieces. i cant really explain it. theres nothing else that seems to be wrong with her, so i was just wondering if anybody else's cat does that? shes 5

Sounds odd. Is it all the time or only after exercise or eating? I would suggest taking not of when iy happens, if its affected by weather etc and take her to the vet.

Are you able to take a video of it and email it to your vet for their opinion? You may have to take several short recordings (to keep file sizes small) until you can catch it on video, but it would definitely help your vet determine if she needs to be seen or warrant any testing.
I have nothing else helpful to offer except maybe if she's overweight she may be wheezing, or if you have windows open, maybe she's got some allergy or stuffiness that is causing the issue?
