Cat Constant Meow When Window Open And Jumps At Sliding Door

Hi all,
I got 2 cats, Bandit & Taurus. They are both mostly great. However, we took them out for a "walk" with harnesses and leashes. Taurus did not want to be outside at all. But Bandit absolutely LOVES it. HOWEVER, now when we open the windows, he WILL NOT STOP MEOWING!!! It is driving my husband crazy. He also jumps at the sliding class door. Taking him outside more did not help. It seems like the more he is outside, the more he cries.

I am not willing to always keep my windows closed because of my cat. PLEASE help with suggestions to stop this behavior.

Do you have a way to utilize a cat mesh tent so Bandit could get some more outside time?
Have you tried any calming products with Bandit? there are treats, diffusers, collars, and all sorts of different ingredient formulas available.
Can you distract him with computer cat games or youtube streaming videos for cats? what about music apps for cats, one is Relax My Cat...
