I took my 1.5yr old semi-ferral cat to the vet today. Although she loves to play, she's very sweet. Until she goes to the vet. She's afraid of the vet (which is why they had to sedate her prior to examination) but thats not why I'm posting.
She's very hostile towards me. Not my husband or the other cats. She's been rubbing up on my husband even though we collectively took her to the vet. She's hestitant about coming near me and when she gets close enough to me hand she scratches it about 4 times (not like she's playing, like she means it).
She's semi-ferral and I've only had her for a year. Has her trust in me been totally broken? Why is she being violent only towards me?
