Cat ate pastrami

I left some turkey pastrami out by accident and my cat ate it. I didn't realize it has garlic and onion until after he ate it. It was about half a slice, probably .5 ounces or so. Will he be alright? I'm not sure that it was him that ate it. We also have 2 kittens that mightve eaten it. The kittens are probably about 3 pounds now. The one I think that ate it though is 16 pounds.

Your cat might have an upset tummy and litter box issues for a day or two. Call the vet for advice if your cat doesn't act normally otherwise: lethargic, not eating or drinking, excessive vomiting, etc.
