Cat acne on chin.

Do you use plastic bowls for water and food? If so that could be the culprit. Plastic harbors bacteria. I've heard of people treating feline acne with everything from chlorhexidine to Listerine to Stridex pads. It's fairly simple to resolve.

no plastic! We do have a couple plastic toys, but not sure if it’s a difference. We use stainless steel bowls for their food.

and he just has the simple black specs. No infected acne as of yet, thank god. So I’ll try some witch hazel :) thank you!

My cat has eosinophilic granuloma complex. Her lips started to swollen and has chin acne. It's because of food allergy. My vet gave me mupirocin ointment and eliminating the food causing the allergy
