Well we now have 4 and I can for sure feel at least one more, she did a good job. I left the room I think she can handle the rest on her own, I'll check on her in 10 to make sure there is no complications if there is another. She is still shaking really bad hopes he starts feeling better soon. All the babies are beautiful and healthy I will post pictures later tonight! Thank you all for all your help! Cats bleed a bit during delivery, and continue to spot for up to a week after, like humans. She should be okay. If it's alot of blood be concerned. Otherwise, relax and feed mom lots of wet food! [emoji]128522[/emoji]
Okay she is still a little bloody down there but she was exhausted and I could tell she wanted some help so I cleaned her private areas all up and now she relaxing with the babies! Still shaking but it has died down quiet a bit. I turned the baby monitor on so I could hear everything when I went to sleep.
Cats take some time to recover from birthing. It's traumatic on the body. It really takes about 24-48 hours for full settling down. She should be fine, but keep an eye out.
Still just the 4 I head her crying in the night lastnight and she had a still born stuck in there I pulled it out and buried it this morning. I let her eat it's placenta and stuff while I help it in my hands. It was a calico like her idk why it didn't make it but it was loved either way and deserve a proper burial. Thank you for all your help you guys. She is doing great. She is up eating and drinking, and she is finally all cleaned up!
