Hi, I'm a 31 year old cat lover and new to these parts.
I've been one since I was a child, when my mum bred Burmese and Tonkinese cats. So many stories...
Right now I share a home with two furballs, a female siamese named Koki and very recently, what I believe to be a turkish angora, male, named Carrot. Both were rescued, Koki from an abusive prior owner, and Carrot I found as a kitten abandoned or lost in the middle of a busy road. I tried to find his owners but to no avail, and I couldn't bear turning him over to the SPCA. Now he's a part of the family. Both have become terribly attached to me (and vice versa), Koki follows me around everywhere, she won't let me out of her sight for a second. She'll wait outside for me to come home from work and greet me every day. She's my best friend. And Carrot's never too far either, he's always mooching around.
I've attached some pictures. If any experts can confirm whether Carrot fits the profile of a Turkish Angora or not, I'd really appreciate it.
