Can someone pls help?

I’ve been taking care of this stray cat for a while now, I was cleaning her and I noticed this black stuff on her ears and when I took it off it seemed like it might’ve been an injury or something but I don’t know I’m very concerned and don’t know what to do pls help.
I’ve attached two files and the second picture is what her ear looks like after I cleaned it a bit

Is it flat or raised? If flat it could be lentigo simplex.
If it's raised it could be to do with the sun, expecially since she's a white cat. White cats really need to stay out of the sun.
Are you able to take her to the vet for a check over?

It’s raised, I’m saving up money to take her to the vet which hopefully will be soon. Thank you so much

If you can keep her inside, away from the sun, that would be good.
