My cat was found at 3 days old in a car wash she was the only 1 of three still breathing she’s my miracle baby she’s about to be 1 year in March and she’s been having some issues. Her anal is super raw and looks swollen. She’s been having diarrhea and vomited some food today with foam before using the restroom again. What should I do ?

I do, but every time no one can figure it out, I don’t know if it was because when I found her she was sitting in chemicals but they seem to not be able to point it out because she’s had little issues with it since birth
So, your vet has seen your cat's bottom when it has been like this before? I wasn't sure since you said has had little issues with it since birth. If the vet actually hasn't seen her during a flare up like this, now is a good time to get them to look at it. But, if your vet can't figure anything out, you might just need to consult with another vet - one from an entirely different practice (to avoid colleague bias).
