Hello, the last few days I've been caring for this kitten named Violet who was abandoned nearby. I had gotten her to let me close and I've been feeding her. I've been trying to get her to warm up to me so I can take her to the vet. She has a schedule I keep to and doesn't like anyone else in the apartment complex. She always eats all her food. She's about the size of a bowl.
Well the other day I noticed her plate had different food which had been eatten a little but not finished (unusual for violet). She was gone from her usual spot too. No sight of her anywhere. I'm worried about her. If someone else took her I wish I at least knew. Is it possible the person who fed her scared her off? If so how do I find her again? She had just warmed up to me and its super important I get her to the vet because shes been in the woods nearby lately. She's definitely not feral.
