Look at this handsome derpy little dude at the rescue that works with my work. He’s not a normal tuxedo for sure. Is he still considered a tuxedo or would he be a piebald. Dare I say he almost looks like he has vitiligo but I know that develops with ago. He’s only 4 months and I’m in love tbh.

I think he'd best be described by harlequin, I think that's the term we use for describing piebald cats.
abyeb abyeb 's absolutely right, of course - he's an Harlequin (or Assymetrical) Bi-colour. My Puff is similar, though not quite as pronounced:
