I recently got a kitten who has grown a lot and has a very outgoing personality. I would like to know what breed she is from? Her name is mable and this is what she looks like… I put some pictures of her when she was a kitten so you can see some of the spots on her stomach. She is a cutie! She looks like a domestic short hair brown tabby with some white coloring. This is not a particular breed but what is known as a house cat or a moggie. Only one of my cats was a purebred. I prefer the cats that were designed by nature not by people. I love all cats and just because they're not purebred doesn't make them any less special.

Looking again she also looks like she has a little orange coloring on her. Female cats can be up to 3 different colors - male cats only up to 2 colors. In the rare event that a male is 3 colors he is almost always sterile. Also looking at your kitty again she looks a lot like the wild ancestors that all domesticated house cats originally came from. It's an African wild cat and if I remember right it's called Sylvestrus Lybica - so she's a true original! Many house cats have this pattern.

She would be a domestic short hair torbie with white. A broken mackerel is her markings :)
Yes I agree. She looks like a torbie. I think mine might be some type of torbie also. I'm still waiting for answers lol.
