I had posted a couple of weeks back about Calvin not being himself and vomitting some while foam once and then a week or so later he vomitted some food and had some softer poop.
So the softer poop has continued. I called the vet's office and left a message on Friday to tell him about the tummy issues and that Calvin's been in good spirits, playing and eating well. I have not heard back from the vet.
From yesterday Calvin's been lethargic - if not sleeping he's just lying down. Not playing - not even with da bird and the laser pointer. He's starting to play with those but giving up soon after. He's usually a purr-machine but it's hardly there now and he'd rather be left alone than cuddle . He is eating well and pooped once this morning and it was his regular softer poop mostly.
His stool exam for parasites came up normal both times we did it.
I do not know how much water he's been drinking but he did go pee a while ago. So the issue right now (other than the long standing tummy issue) is his lethargy.
So my question is at this point what should I look out for? I will call the vet's office tomorrow if this continues. Any ideas what can cause this? He's 6 months old - had 5 days of flagyl and 3 doses of panacur in the past and they all helped his poop but then his issues returned. I do not know if this current issue is related to his tummy but my anxious self is not liking this. Will appreciate any insights.
Thanks
