hi! My one year old cat is acting normal but has this hard bump on the bridge of her nose. She was negative for cryptococcus but her vet appointment is in a week. I’m super worried about her. She is my foster cat and we just found a home for her next week. I hope she is okay so she can start her new life :(

Anyone have experience with a similar looking bump? I don’t know if it’s cancer or a cyst. She is acting normal. It feels hard and doesn’t really seem painful. She doesn’t like when I press it but I think she just doesn’t like me poking her nose.

How long have you noticed this bump on her nose? Has it grown?

Being that she is so young, it may be less likely to be malignant, but should definitely be checked out by a vet.

Years ago my aunt had a dog that developed a bump like this on the nose. It did turn out to be malignant, so I would not take chances.

I would have her nose checked out by a vet before she is adopted out.

I noticed the bump maybe 3 weeks ago and it has gotten a little more noticeable/prominent recently I think. Thanks for letting me know about your aunts dog :/
