it appears known. The "click to enlarge" doesn't generate a horizontal scrollbar, and clicking too fast, accidentally double-clicking, or reloading the image while resizer xml32 is actively running generates this error message in FireFox, under Win XP:SPII:
I expect this runs just fine in Win 8> and maybe in Win 7>.
A right click on the image, and "view image" circumvents the problem, generating both vertical and horizontal scrollbars, as expected. Don't know if there's a patch or a workaround for us dinosaurs other than as noted above.
