Bought Tasee Wrong Food

my mom went shopping on sunday 2 hrs away from where we live exadently bought dog food instead of cat food she thought it was a white cat can tassee still eat it she likes it

Short answer would be: no. Cats have different nutritional needs and need taurine which i doubt is added to this food.

I would not feed the food. Dog food doesn't contain taurine, an essential nutrient cats require to prevent blindness and other health issues. A few meals won't hurt nor would a few pieces as a treat. Can you buy cat food as soon as you can? Even inexpensive cat food from the dollar store or Wal Mart would be fine until you can get more of whatever brand you typically buy. The dog food can be donated to a shelter if you can't return it.
