Hi all,
both my kitties seem to have colds, Prittie since 9/30 (friday) & now Jak since 10/2 (sunday). Symptons are open-mouth breathing, sounding 'junky' or congested, quite a bit of sneezing (which is otherwise very rare for both), some eye goup & just seeming more tired. Both are eating & drinking normally, using litterbox the same, etc, just the symptons listed above.
I've never had a kitty be sick before & didn't know if there was something I could give them or do for them, to make them feel better or the URI 'run it's course' more quickly? If it gets to friday & they are both still fairly sick I plan to take them to our vet but hate to jump the gun, especially if their isn't anything he can do to help it along.
Also of siginificance is Prittie was just taken to vet two weeks ago with mild chin acne. I used a few acne pads on her chin for 2 days & it seemed to clear up (as well as washing dishes thoroughly).
Thanks for any help!
