graycie is 11 pounds how much and how often should i feed her the yolk to help with hairballs?

It really doesn't matter the size of the cat. One or two egg yolks per week is a good amount for prevention. It's best if you can break them up and not give the entire yolk at one time though...can cause digestive issues if too much is given all at once.
