Blue string coming out of neuter incision

My female cat's neuter incision has a blue string sticking out of it, should I leave it be?
**Incision is 10 days old fyi, is it okay for her to lick it? Should i out on her clothes so that she doesn't lick the incision?

Thanks for any help! I'm really worried about the incision.

Do NOT pull on it.
Are you sure it's not just a blue tattoo? It's hard to say if it's actually a string in the photo. Many places mark the cat to show it's already been spayed/neutered.
