Blending cat food

Does anyone blend their cats food? My cat seems to enjoy licking the gravy off his food and leaving the chunks. Does anyone blend it so they ultimately eat more of the meat?

He was raised on friskies and I'm trying to get him into a healthier brand. Id blend the friskies in a magic bullet with some healthier foods.

Any other tips?

Kitten only licking gravy off food

Hi first time owner with a 10 week old kitten. The last I bought him from used to give him adult food, I have been giving him kitten food. He won’t eat dry food and will only Lick the gravy off the food (not processed rubbish) then meows as he is hungry. What can I do? Thank you

Yes, a mini food processor can work really well. I have a Cuisinart Mini Prep, which is great for chopping garlic and ginger for human meals, too!
