Black spot on kittens gum

It’s only on one side of his lower jaw. Is this normal or is something going on here?

To me, it does not look like a normal pigmentation which light colored cats get.
I would make a Vet appointment.

I agree. Your cat has that dark patch on his nose, but for some reason the spot in his mouth looks different from the usual black speck or colorations that you might see in light colored or calico cats. I would get an appointment at the vet. If it is nothing, this is not going to be more than an office visit and if it is something you reacted in time.
